Who's the Head Huancho?

Wade is! (Or maybe it's Maegan....)

Wade is owner of EnviroCare Professional Cleaning and opened the business in February, 1997. He performs most of the carpet audits, inspections, and quotes. Wade maintains his personal, company, and employee credentials through the Institute of Inspection, Cleaning, and Restoration Certification (IICRC), the nation's leading agency for training and certifying competent, ethical cleaners. Current certifications are maintained in the following areas: Advanced Carpet Cleaning, Advanced Upholstery Cleaning, Advanced Oriental Rug Cleaning, Advanced Pet Odor & Odor Control, and Water Damage Restoration. These certifications are received through study, experience, class attendance, and written exams .

Pictured above is my office manager Laura, who has a ton of on-the-job experience and is a certified carpet and upholstery cleaning technician herself. She's been working in the office since February 1997.

When you call my office, you will get to speak with a live person that has answers to your questions and concerns.

The only time you will ever get an answering machine is when we are on the other line or out of the office, and we return calls promptly.

At EnviroCare, you'll get an exact appointment time--none of this "we'll be there between 8a.m.-1p.m.". You are always scheduled extra time in case you want to have additional work done or something takes a little longer than expected. You will always get our undivided attention and concern for detail. But, unfortunately, there are times when we do get behind schedule. If that happens, we'll call you ahead of time to let you know.

At your cleaning, Wade will make sure you're totally thrilled before he leaves. You'll also get a call from our office the day after your cleaning to make sure everything was great. If you have any concerns, we will address and take care of them ASAP. We're not happy until you're thrilled--if you're not thrilled, you don't pay--No questions asked.
