You only have to pay for carpet protection at your 6-month cleaning (.21 cents per sq. ft.). 3. If you use the 6-month free cleaning, you must do the 12-month cleaning or pay us back for the portion you got free at the 6-month cleaning. That's it, there's nothing more to it. This added benefit will be available to you in addition to any current specials being advertised in the monthly newsletter. To claim this benefit, simply have us perform services during your anniversary month each year. As you know, the carpet manufacturers require yearly cleaning in order to keep the warranty in effect. Assistance In the past, some of our clients were unable to find all of their documentation, and therefore couldn't complete their warranty claim. This will no longer have to be a concern for you. Every edition of "Fiber Facts" is filled with valuable information that you can use, coupon offers, contests, prize giveaways, and other special events we're sponsoring. This publication allows us to stay in touch with you and keep you apprised of information that is of importance to you.
Benefit #8: Free Spot Removal Help And Access To Complete Spotting Guide We know how frustrating it can be for you when those little accidents happen and leave an unsightly spot in the carpet. The most important thing to remember is not to panic. Use our specialty spotter according to the directions on the label. If you're unsuccessful in removing the stain, you then have two options.
